Sonora Quest Laboratories is seeking a detail-oriented Phlebotomy Technician to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you’ll perform accurate blood collection, specimen processing, and documentation while delivering compassionate patient care. Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection following established protocols
Verify patient identity and ensure accurate specimen labeling and documentation
Prepare, process, and store specimens for transport to the laboratory
Maintain strict infection control and safety standards
Use electronic systems to enter orders and track collected specimens
Communicate professionally with patients and clinical staff
Monitor supplies and maintain a clean, organized work area
Support quality control and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
