Company Overview
Located in a residential area of Boulder, Colorado, Frasier is an independent not-for-profit, purpose-driven Life Plan community. Since opening our doors in 1960, Frasier residents have been active participants in shaping our community. Our campus offers a variety of residential living options and focuses on holistic wellness.
By providing a continuum of care – an approach to retirement living for people who wish to continue active, independent lifestyles while providing in advance for future health and personal care needs, Frasier residents have a high degree of independence and peace of mind. Living options include independent living, assisted living, memory support and skilled nursing, as well as respite and rehabilitation care.

Company History
Frasier is an independent, 501(c)(3) nonprofit, purpose-driven community and presently affiliated with the Mountain Sky United Methodist Conference. Originally founded in 1958 by the Rocky Mountain Conference of the United Methodist Church on 20 acres of land donated by Elmer and Mayme Frasier, the spirit of giving runs deep in our roots. Since opening in 1960 with 100 apartments, we have grown to a team of 300+ dedicated individuals delivering care to almost 500 seniors.
