Who We Are
Redding Veterinary Clinic provides expert medicine and heartfelt care.
We are proud to be an independently owned small animal practice—not corporate, not cookie-cutter.
Our current team includes:
1 energetic DVM
A dedicated practice manager
2 skilled RVTs
Experienced CSRs and veterinary assistants
Since changing ownership just one year ago, we’ve modernized our facility, updated our medicine, and upgraded our equipment.
Our tools and technology include:
Digital X-rays & digital dental X-rays
Ultrasound
Full in-house laboratory
Integrated electronic medical records
We regularly invest in new products, equipment, and innovations to support top-quality care.
Community matters to us—we proudly collaborate with Shasta Wildlife Rescue & Rehabilitation, partner with respectful local rescues, and host high school CTE students interested in veterinary medicine. We’d love to expand our outreach with local shelters, rescues, and social services.
Who You Are
You are a passionate, enthusiastic DVM looking to join us 2–4 days per week.
Experience: 2+ years preferred, but motivated new grads are encouraged to apply—we offer real mentorship (comprehensive, systematic, and supportive).
Mindset: Growth-oriented, collaborative, and organized—you value systems and structure over chaos.
Skills: Excellent communicator, strong diagnostician, and comfortable with procedures.
Aspirations: Either already skilled or excited to grow in surgery and internal medicine.

2.5 hours north of Sacramento, 1 hour from Lassen National Park, 1 hour south of majestic Mt. Shasta

Requirements
Current California veterinary license in good standing
