Location: 299 Market St, Saddle Brook, NJ 07663 with the opportunity to cover at other nearby locations
Schedule: Monday - Friday between 8:00am and 8:00pm. Up to two Saturday shifts per month 8:00am - 2:00pm
Specialty: Family Medicine
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians and nursing personnel with injections, EKGs, and other patient care procedures
- Maintain established quality control standards
- Record and process patient care documentation quickly and accurately
- Coordinate patient care as directed by physicians, company standards and policies
- Organize, stock and clean exam and treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
- Maintains quality control standards and required Medical Assistant and CPR certifications
The pace is fast and you'll need to be comfortable managing multiple priorities. You may be required to work in multiple locations, so scheduling flexibility is essential. You must also be able to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations.

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Active nationally recognized Medical Assistant Certification
- BLS certification or able to complete certifications within 30 days of hire
- Knowledge of medical terminology
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant
- Microsoft experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) language proficiency
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 $27.69 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
