Are you a medical professional, intern, or student who wants to work part-time with appointment setting for a medical imaging company that is transforming the industry?
We are looking for someone who works within, or is a student of, the medical field to help us book appointments with doctors and other medical professionals at clinics and freestanding ERs.
The Company
Medicai enables small and medium clinics, doctors, hospitals, clinical studies, and patients to securely and asynchronously collaborate and access medical imaging from anywhere. We are very proud of our product, as it not only saves a huge amount of money and time for our clients but crucially, it also shaves months off chronically ill patients’ customer journeys, which saves lives.
We have built significant traction and are expanding into multiple new international markets, with a large focus on our US expansion. More than 2,000 doctors use our platform, with daily active users averaging 60 min per day. We have 500,000 imaging studies under our belt already and are growing exponentially. Our technology is changing the space of medical imaging.
What You Would Do
As an appointment setter, you will receive a list of people to call, including their contact numbers and emails. You would call these people and briefly introduce our product, which we will train you on, and aim to set up product demo appointments.
This position does not require any sales, you would purely be booking in a free demo of our product with the aim for the booking to lead to the customer signing up for a free pilot study eventually.
Our internal team would take over after the appointment is set. They would lead the actual demo, so your role would be to set up the demo call and update the customer relationship management system with notes about each call and then hand it over to the other team members.
While the role does not require any sales, we are looking for someone who is comfortable making a large number of calls daily and who enjoys speaking with people. We have exceptional conversion when reaching the right person, up until now it has been more than 80%. Therefore, a large element of the role is making sure that enough calls are made in order to reach the right person.
