Job Description

About the Company: HIPnation offers our members a unique approach to healthcare using the Direct Primary Care model. Our focus is exclusively upon providing great medical care to people. Our Physicians see 6-8 patients per day, thus allowing both Physicians and Care Coordinators to provide the highest level of individualized care. We give our members 24/7 access to their Physicians via phone, text, and telemedicine. We promote the Physician-Patient relationship, and we do not use insurance in the Primary Care office.

Job Description: In this role you will work closely with both Physicians and patients to provide the highest level of healthcare. The role requires a high level of friendliness and engagement along with great verbal and written communication skills.

As a key member of the healthcare team, you must act as patient advocate, responding with empathy and respect to resolve patient and family concerns, and proactively recognizing and acting upon opportunities to meet our members’ medical and care needs. You must be able to work both independently and as a team member.
