Responsibilities and Duties

  • Research of claim denials, payment discrepancies
  • Follow-up on Claims greater than 45 days old
  • Claim re-submissions, re-considerations and appeals
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
Required Education, Experience and Skill Requirements:

We are in search of an experienced revenue cycle specialist with a minimum of 5 years of collection/billing experience. The candidate must have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, be organized, dependable, and detail-oriented. Must also be flexible and have the willingness to learn and adapt to the changes and needs of the department.
- Knowledge of CPR+ Infusion pharmacy preferred
- Knowledge of infusion billing/collections guidelines for commercial and government payers


Physical Demands:
Required to stand, walk, sit, talk and hear; required to use hands to operate vehicles and office equipment; must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs; specific vision requirements for this job include: close, distance and peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus, reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position without compromising patient care.
